Q1.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 50 units per product model. For larger or more complex custom orders, the MOQ may vary depending on your specific requirements. We are flexible and can discuss smaller trial orders for new clients — contact our sales team to explore options that work for your business.

Q2.Can you customize products to my specifications?

Yes, full customization is one of our core strengths. We can customize dimensions (length × width × height), wire diameter, mesh size, surface finish (galvanized, powder-coated, zinc-plated), load capacity, color, and add features such as wheels, doors, labels, and stacking mechanisms. Simply provide your requirements and our engineering team will develop a solution tailored to your needs.

Q3.What is the typical lead time for production?

For standard products in stock, lead time is typically 7–15 days. For custom orders, production usually takes 20–35 days after order confirmation and deposit payment, depending on order quantity and complexity. We will provide a precise timeline with your quotation and keep you updated throughout the production process.

Q4.Do you offer samples before bulk orders?

Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation before you commit to a bulk order. Sample costs and shipping fees apply but are refundable against your first bulk order. For standard products, samples can typically be shipped within 5–7 business days. Custom samples may take 10–15 days to produce.

Q5.What certifications do your products have?

Our products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems. We also provide CE certification, SGS test reports, and can arrange additional certifications as required by your market. All materials meet international standards for strength, durability, and safety. Certifications and test reports are available upon request.

Q6.How do you ensure product quality?

Quality is controlled at every stage of production: incoming raw material inspection, in-process quality checks during welding and surface treatment, and final inspection before packaging. Our QC team conducts load testing, dimensional verification, and surface quality checks on every batch. We also welcome third-party inspections such as SGS or BV before shipment.

Q7.What are the payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment or against a copy of the Bill of Lading. For established clients, we can negotiate more flexible terms including L/C at sight. We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible while protecting both parties.

Q8.Do you provide shipping and logistics support?

Yes, we provide comprehensive shipping support. We offer FOB, CIF, DDP, and other Incoterms based on your preference. Our experienced logistics team handles export documentation, customs clearance, container loading optimization, and can arrange sea freight, air freight, or rail shipping to your destination port or door. We work with reliable freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Q9.What is the warranty period?

We offer a 12-month warranty on all products against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. If any product fails due to material or workmanship issues within the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts or a full replacement at no cost. Our after-sales team is available to assist with any quality concerns or technical support needs.

Q10.Can I visit your factory?

Absolutely! We warmly welcome factory visits from our clients and partners. Our facility is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. Visiting our factory gives you firsthand insight into our production capabilities, quality control processes, and the scale of our operations. Please contact our team in advance to schedule your visit — we will assist with arrangements and provide a comprehensive factory tour.
